Certainly you dont mean the well nut? A pic would help.
No, not the well nut. The two 5/16 rear most screws. The ones over the drive pully.

Are you talking about the rubber washer between the nylon washer and the lower fairing? You should be able to round those up at a hardware store. I’m pretty sure those were discontinued long ago. I’ve seen some use orings behind the fairing, between it and the aluminum spacer. Again, a picture would be helpful.
