My gosh... is my price THAT high? Golly days! I'll probably start cranking it down a couple hundred until I get rid of it.

My main reason for selling it is because I just bought a Harley, and I have a feeling Buells aren't going to be at much of a demand at all as time passes. I could always be wrong, but I just have a feeling in another couple years, Buells are going to be everywhere for a couple grand, etc.

Yeah: well, I dropped it down to $8000 for now. I'll sit on that for a couple weeks; see if it sparks anything.

Thanks guys.

You may get some bites at $7000 or less. It is a buyer's market out there for toys and the riding season is coming to a close. NADA lists an average retail for $6350 and a low retail of $4825 for your bike. Most banks will only loan up to retail so a buyer would need cash to fun the difference.

I recently passed on a 2009 XB12Scg that a guy's loan payoff was $6800.00. We couldn't come close enough on a price that worked for both of us. Not trying to be a jerk, just throwing some numbers out there.

Retrax: I hear ya. Mine's paid off, so I'm just hoping someone else out there has the cash. Not sure of other's views, but I won't buy something unless I have the full cash to purchase it.

D&T: I suppose the time has come...

Guitar,

You are in a good spot where it's paid off and you don't "have" to sell, that gives you room to decide what you are willing to take. I do feel for the guys who are upside down in things they need to sell. See who bites with where you are advertising price wise and you'll have a good idea for what things are going for in your area. WWW.claz.org is a website where you can search all of the craigslist ads in the country if you are interested in comparing.

Hi all met up with the owner of this bike today. Very nice bike. In great condition, didn't fit my 6' foot frame. Guitar1616 was nice enough to lead me on a 10-15 min test ride which is better then most dealerships. This bike is great. If you are able to agree on price you will have yourself a nice bike.

If you come across a 2008-2010 xbs or xbss please give me a heads up.

Thanks again to Guitar1616
