It's a lightweight replacement upper fairing bracket to hold upper "R" fairings for track bikes.

It did not. Fixtures were made, some work was done but the guy doing the machining work failed me quite spectacularly. Still using the same machine shop, just different guys getting my stuff done now. Not sure if this will ever move forward.
