Okay guys, so I purchased a pair of USA shipped Chinese made shorty levers for my Lightning. And like a dummy I didn't do my homework before hand. So while waiting for them to ship I looked into them and that's where I read all the horror stories of them locking up on people. So when the levers came in they literally bolted up beautifully with ZERO issues. I have only rode about 20 miles with them so far, but I keep finding myself worried about the front brake locking up. I did take the dremal and took a little off, but I don't feel satisfied with it so may take off more with the grinder. And for the ones who make the suggestions, I'm just an average guy who cant afford to drop $100+ on something like higher end leverst. So Pazzo, ASV's are out the question. Any ides? Horror stories from you guys? Should I just throw them away and install those ugly stock ones, or am I just being freaked out over nothing? I have heard they have since fixed the issues, but its still a concern in my mind, but like I said these really do seem to be fine. Just need more opinions.

Mine are cheaper ones to, work great and have been on there for a couple of years. You must check them out really good to make sure they are the same as your stock the end that goes into your master cylinder. You can put a little grease or silicone paste on the master cylinder plunger to aid in the lever smoothness.
