Air box Part# ?

Hi,

I am thinking of doing the open air box mod and don't want to cut up my air box.

I would like to know the part# of the top section of this air box as it has the cone and no mounts for the exhaust valve actuator.

I think I'm correct in saying the ones with no mounts are from an XB9 models but I don't know what years do or don't have the cone.

Then I can call HD with the part# and get a price.

From my '03 parts catalogue (xb9s) that's part# P0215.02a8 hope this helps.

the 03 does not have the cone and it is not flat on top like that. you want one from 04-05 xb12.

I've just got the 05 XB12 air box part# P0215.1AA

What do the later model XB9 air boxes look like?

Check buellster parts. I think i just saw one on there for an 05 xb12 for $35...
