Any difference in the S and SS tail (cheese grader)?

I bought an S tail a while back and the tail where the tail light mount was broke. I bought a used tail (cheese grader) from a form member not to long after and just realized it's for an ss when I was about to chop it.

So are they the same? Look identical just wanted to check before I chop it.
