Any tunes for stock xb9r?

I have some experience tuning cars, but don't know anything about ecmspy. I downloaded it and when the cable arrives I was going to reset the TPS. I would also like to know if there is a map or any slight tweaks I should do for a stock 03 xb9r?

I assume the race maps would be for guys with exhaust and other mods, yes?

Also, should I just wait until I do the RSS to mess with the tune?

blacklisted: i have exactly the same bike in totally stock configuration with exception being a Hawk muffler which is alot of bang for the money. other than that and breather re-route, totally stock. it fueled extremely smooth with stock ecm and very pleased with performance but loading a 2003 9R race map really woke it up. i also did a tps reset while i was at it which is recommended. on the tps reset do NOT get confused when hitting "tps reset" tab on your ecmspy program. you do this step after you have turned out idle adjustment screw and achieved a setting of zero for throttle body. that is when you hit the "tps reset" tab. others will recommend airbox delete, K&N, hot-rod mufflers, rocket fuel....you name it. but the above added some zip to mine. hope that helps.

"race" map is a p.o.s and i do not understand why people ask for it.

i went the ebay route and bought a usb cable and the cd with programs on it. have loaned out both items to a few local board members to use as well.
ich---guys like me probably install the race maps because we don't have your expertise and knowledge to load and install custom maps, do logging on the fly, that sort of thing.

That can be remedied for a very low price, you know. Marc and I spend more time educating people on the process than we do doing custom tunes.
