Anyone ever seen these heel guards?

So I'm on youtube watching Buell clips and I seen these heel guards on this guys bike. Anyone ever seen them before? Where can I get some? Custom made maybe?

he probably has access to a CnC machine, and made them. Ive been thinking about doing some myself.

someone was selling them. there was another bueller or two on here who had them.
one on here had all sorts of stuff stuck or fitted to his white firebolt. he had blue versions of these i think.
