Just put on my Rizoma sliders and the instructions were not to clear. Is there a right or wrong way?

not sure about the rizoma but it a pretty straight forward install that is most likely the same for all.make sure everything is tight and locktited or nyla lock nuts.

Ya, see thats the part that I did'nt understand on the instructions. They show a diagram adding grease to the tightening screw. My instincts tell me to lock- tite it. I was also afraid of getting it to tight and mess'n something up.-- The sliders are'nt supposed to spin are they?

You should return them and buy a set of mine! I have very clear instructions. Just kidding! :p

seriously though...I'm not that familiar wither the Rizomas but I can't imagine why they would want you to grease anything. Maybe anti-sieze? I wouldn't think they would spin either but who knows?

50, that's a brilliant idea, spinning sliders!!!!! The stretched out kawabusa guys would LOVE them....lol

the grease is so the rust doesnt start in the threads from moisture from rain puddles or washing, i didnt loctite mine, every once ina while i walk by and grabem both and twist at the same time, theyre always tite.. also i have the 1/16th" felt washers to protect the finish. ill look at the rizoma catalog tonight n let you know if there is anything different, i have the same style as 50 makes, just from another person
