Back after 5 years. Sold my xb12s, trying to get a CR

Well guys, i have had my adventures with other bikes, As soon as i sold my 2007 xb12s i purchased a ducati 848 and two dirt bikes.

My brother said i went for that gucci purse, refering to the ducati. After a year of ownership i got rid of it. Couldnt ride the thing more then an hour. Most uncomfortable bike ever. So i went the cruiser route and purchased a Honda Fury. Really fun cruiser, but missed speed and needed something more.

So i bought a big harley Electra glide. Went geezer with it, windshield, fairing, radio and storage space.

Let me tell you guys. the older guys that have these have figured it out. So i sold my dirt bikes and now own this thing. But the speed!!!

Now i have some extra cash and want a CR. Been looking around and see some potentials. I hope i get one very soon for cheap. I need to go back to my roots. I know this machine is going to be loads better then my old xb. Cant wait.

Man i wish. Theres a similar red lobster here close to where i live. im in Tucson AZ. The guy doesnt answer his Craigslist ad. Granted its only been about 8 hours but still!!! got that cash in hand and ready to buy if it checks out.

stator issue done, has exhaust and buell race comp, and new tires. And only about 4k miles.

Reading on here about clutch weep, seems like a nightmare. What do guys think? is it worth me not buying bike? or is it an easy fix?

Easy enough if you're mechanically inclined and have about $100 spare change after buying the bike. EBR sells a kit to fix it.

You guys think 4500 is a reach for a 2009 with 4,000 miles? Has everything i want. ecm, stator upgrade, exhaust, and new tires.

I know what you mean, I went from my XBSs right to this CR. The first time I rode it I had one of those "HOLY CR@P!" moments when I shifted from 1st to 2nd and had to wait for the front wheel to come back down!!
