well I'm sitting here at work waiting for my two sons to show up in my truck and rescue me. I was pulling out of the parking lot to go home and snapped the drive belt. Looks like it stripped about 4-5 teeth then snapped. Luckily, I have a new spare at home. May have to seriously consider changing to chain drive as a winter project.

That was the original belt and it had some hard miles on it. Personally, I'd keep the belt drive setup. That's one thing I miss having. Yeah, the chain drive is nifty for gearing changes, but honestly I doubt I ever will.

That sucks :(

At least it happened at low speed and you have an extra belt. Chain drive would be handy at times but unless I'm riding competitively I personally don't see the need for it. A belt is just too convenient not to use.
