Beson Headers Question

My rear oil line had a leak in it and as I was replacing it I had to move the Beson muffler and headers on it. When I got it all back together and test rode it there was another oil leak at the front line to the coolers. Looks like the header line vibrated a hole in it. I order a new set of lines to replace, but I'm not sure if I somehow moved the header closer this time or if it had been too close this whole time. I like the exhaust so I'm trying to take some precautions to make sure this doesn't happen again. I was thinking I'd wrap the oil line and maybe the header in the heat tape? Just seeing if you guys have any ideas or if anyone with this exhaust has had this problem.
