I don't see 10K+ to build unless a shop built it and that's including labor...

BYOB frames are from Custom Chrome, ie-not cheap. Add in the chrome spoked wheels, white-wall tires and Harley parts-n-pieces...I could see $10k sitting there.

Neat build? Sure. Would I build/buy it? Nope.
