Brake light problem!

Put on the fender eliminator from ASB with the clear lens and red bulb today. Noticed that once I turn the bike on, the tail light goes on. But when I applied the brakes, nothing happens! Noticed that it didn't have the dual filament like the stock bulb. So I put back the stock RED lens and bulb. Now problem is reversed! Lights go on when brakes are applied. But no lights at all when brakes are disengaged!!!!!

Sounds like you have your wires switched up, parking light to brake light and vis versa, here is how it should look.

Actually, one of the filaments in the stock bulb burnt out. Lol! But I don't understand why the red bulb I got from ASB with the clear lens, only came with the single filament.
