I've read multiple posts about breaking an easy out off in the exhaust header stud. I sadly did this and didnt want to go to a machine shop. I ordered a solid carbide drill bit from Ebay for around $13. This bit cut through the hardened steel with ease. I was able to drill the rest out using the exhaust drill plate tool from CFU tools(also on Ebay and much cheaper than the Jims one.).
