Brush Guard Removal

Hi,

I would like to remove the brush guard from my XB12XT and was wondering where to get bolts that would replace the one that are used to mount the guards. I could leave it like is is, but would be nice to remove those long special bolts. Thanks

Brush guard? Not sure what you are calling a brush guard, '09 does not have anything I would call a brush guard. Can you share some pics or something?

i think he is talking about the handguards (long special bolts). anyway Rainman you can get the shorter bolts at americansportbike.com[up]

I bet the bolts from a 97-03 gsxr would fit too, considering the levers pretty much swap over. Might be cheaper, but I can't guarantee 100% that they'll fit.
