Don't know what you have done to the bike but this is the proper KEY Turn method to RESET TPS. Make sure the Bike is in Neutral first.
Since you are in another part of the World,The 2008/2009/2010 Buells have a Key Turn Method. If you have Hooked up Only ECM Spy with out [ECM Read] plus the Drivers are needed also, to a newer Bike you have done it Wrong.
If you have installed a Race ECM and hooked up ECM SPY to it you have done it wrong. The Race ECM is Protected and you will corrupt the ECM. This is the Easiest way to Explain to you. If you have a STOCK ECM that works that came OFF the Bike put it back on to get the Bike running.
You need more than just ECM Spy to work on the Newer Buells. The poping back through the Air Box is usually the Throttle position Sensor needs to be Reset. The Bike will not run if you don't do this properly.TPS Reset is necessary to make the bike Idle properly.
Do not know if this will help Because your Description of the problem is Very hard to understand. (Try This) TPS Reset First.
Turn on Start/kill switch. Do Not start the bike.
Turn on The Key switch. Do Not try to start the bike.
Twist the Throttle to WIDE Open Firm for one second.
Let Throttle Return to Close one full Second firm.
DO This ONLY 3 Times-total- NOT 4 times.
Turn off the KEY switch only. Do not touch the Start/kill button.
Turn on the Keyswitch, LET the Fuel/Yellow Engine light go off.
Do not Snap the Throttle.
Keep your hand on the Throttle the whole time you are Resetting TPS. Do this procedure smoothly!
Now try to start the bike. DO Not touch the Throttle while trying to start the Engine. Do Not Twist the Throttle while Starting the Bikes Engine.
Hope this is all that is Needed to get your Bike Working.*Jimi
