Buell blast headlight angles up

So I bought a Buell blast that wasn't running, after approximately 50hours or so of my time and efforts I managed to get it running, and am loving riding it around. The only problem is the other night I went out to watch the sunset and noticed the headlight isn't angled towards the road. It aims more up into the trees or other car rear view mirror. So can anyone guide me through adjusting the angle of the headlights? Thanks it'd be greatly appreciated! Ken

1. Loosen the bolts on the sides
2. Push the light down
3. Tighten the bolts on the sides
