Buell In Media

So I know this thread might exist somewhere else, but this morning I was listening to some music and I noticed on the Album cover a small picture of a guy on a bike, at first i paid no attention to it, but as i started to look at it it looks like a Buell lightning! im not 100% sure if anyone has ever seen it before, but please check it out and let me know if it is a buell or not.

The album name is I-Empire by the the band Angels and Airwaves.
