Buell mechanic in Tampa, Florida

Recently bought a 2005 Buell XB9 Lightning City. It runs rough and surges at steady rpm. Jardine header. I doubt the previous owner did much beyond bolting the Jardine on.
Can someone recommend a mechanic or shop in or near Tampa, Florida for diagnosis and repair.
I am no mechanic.

You could always call your local Harley dealer to see if they are Buell friendly. They should be able to find the problem.

Once they do, I believe you'll still need to install the correct fuel map for the bike and the muffler so that it runs the best. Harley will only be able to get it to stock, so try Buelltooth.com to see if they have what you need.

Thanks, I was going to try the closest Harley dealer, I was just hoping someone had some experience that would help my choice. I may revert to the stock pipe just to simplify.
