NOTE: the above was a joke. I am not a chemical engineer. I do know injection molded thermoplastics are made of mostly carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, and sometimes sulfur. Best I can tell ya.

I imagine he changed something in it to make it useable, I do know HD has the patent on our plastics, but when I asked I was more specifically asking about the trans plastics

The reason I'm curious is I'm going to be painting my 1125 denim black and I want to know what paints will hold the best.

paints designed specifically for plastic adhesion seem to work the best, ask an automotive store which paints work on plastic and they should point you in the right direction

Stock red, but I want to make it denim black. It looks so much better and is easier to care for in my opinion.
