I have no issue with this, I did it on my 9R back in 2004 at Firebird Raceway in Phoenix. 11:94, it was a great launch and run, the other two runs were almost a second slower. My xb9 did 11.9 in the 1/4 mile
Great point here. Think about it, if four or five of us were sitting at a bar and one of us made a similar claim and the group asked "What did you do to get those results?" And the claimant said "I'm not telling you" and then when asked to prove it, and the claimant couldn't or wouldn't. What would you think or say?You kind of have to expect the shit talk... this is the internet From the info you have given us, it's impossible to go 160. No one on any of the buell forums have ever gotten there xb to reach that kind of top speed. So when you claim to be cruising with your buddies at 160 its really hard to believe.
Cool, I'll be one of the first to say "Congratulations", then of course my next statement will be "How'd you do it?" Of course it's your prerogative to disclose those details. I for one would hope so. Everyone wants more from their bike, and if we have info we can say, yes or no to the cost/benefit.See that's not what I'm doing. I'm making a vid
I did great on the short tracks @ Firebird Raceway, no long straits and the XB was really a fun ride and could do just fine. Then again the track we used for Track Days, was less than a mile.Bill Casper raced with a xb12 and did just fine against 600's kept up with them everywhere on the track.
Funny thing is.... all the same haters that followed me around in the beginning have moved to rrh481. I wonder were MaBach is??? I bet he shows up eventually. LOL!
Two dudes that hang out together bragging about crap they can't seem to back up with proof and getting called out on it , then putting down anyone that questions it !
Ya and Jobe doesn't care either. We ride together and hangout all the time. We could care less.
