Buell ???

I thought I would share a funny thing that happened while I was at two different local motorcycle dealers this week looking for items for a oil change on my 1125cr. When going to the parts counter I had both managers come and ask me........"Whats a Buell ?"....I said ...." Uh,you know....BUELL !!!" they both said "oh....ok" "well who makes that" I had to just stop turn around and walk away......still some people have no idea what a buell motorcycle is or who Eric Buell is? I just took for granted that most if not all people who had anything to do with bikes knew. The one place that did know what I was talking about was the Ducati shop....no parts but they did have a tech there that was buell certified.
