anyone every take pictures or make a vid of this? I want to make I understand it fully before I try to start my baby and screw something up. or have any warnings about what could happen should the timing be off?

Sorry i will wake up later. You could bend valves and pushrods just trying to start your bike. If it did run it wouldnt run very good with the cam timing off. I guess its all back together and you would rather not pull the cover to check? You could raise the back tire off the ground remove the spark plugs put the bike in 2nd gear and slowly turn the engine over using the tire to see if you feel anything making contact inside your engine
