Ebr is perpetually sold out and I really need this, I think. So, anyone have one I can buy, rent, barter, beg?

I think you can buy them as a Harley part number. Did you try calling the dealer to order one? I'm going to have to do my oil pump drive gear soon and will be needing one as well.

Can't you just make one looks like a simple piece of steel to hold gears in place maybe it's just me but when I look up tools that look this simple such as the fuel pump removal tool.I just took a piece of 3" channel steel cut it drilled a hole in the center and put a bolt through it worked like a charm and was free since had a piece of channel laying around. .but I'm always trying to save money so I can buy parts

Ok just looked this tool and I found two different ones. One looks simple enough if you have a plasma torch available oxygen acleane torch would work but would be a little more difficult. The ebr one you wouldn't be able to make with out some special metal making tools
