I'd bet the 'oil leak' is coming from one or both crankcase ventilation valves. Old grommets, don'tcha know.

I was thing the same thing. Figure an engine rotation, rocker cover gaskets, grommets, header gaskets and maybe a fan and should be covered for awhile. For a $2500 or less buy in that’s not to bad.
