Hey guys -
First, I've only performed limited work on my Buell (fluid changes) and consider myself to be only mildly mechanical.
I recently moved from Denver (5280ft) to Iowa (<200?) with my 2001 Buell Blast. Prior to putting it up for the winter and after two months in Iowa, I started to notice:
1) It seemed to be running rich - more of a gas odor
2) Less gas mileage
3) Less power
I'm taking a (slightly) educated guess here and am guessing that the carb was tuned for a mile high and being in Iowa is quite the change for the engine. Think I'm right?
If that's the case, is it easy to adjust the carb? Any documentation out there on it?
Thanks in advance!
