Be sure to post some pics when it's done! What's the difference in the 2x2 twill from the plain?

Prices look cheap for quality CF, so like onelogue mentioned fitment will possibly be an issue[smirk]

TXgold, i have ordered quite a few cf parts from eccracing. of course it's made in china & the quality is maybe not as good as the cf from asb or other places, but the prices of those other places seem pretty unreal to me. i have had no fitment issues with any of the pieces i have purchaced from eccracing.

front fender
chin fairing
rear hugger
top & bottom belt guards
pulley cover
oil cooler scoop

Well straight from a buyer. Best of luck on the purchases[up]

Something to remember is on CF parts to start each bolt and then tighten them down once they are all in, since CF tends to flex a little.

I did my whole xbr9 in CF. it makes the bike look brand new. I have to say take your time and do one thing at a time and you will be good! Post up some photos when you are done!

My question, or more of a curiosity is why would you want to spend close to a grand on something that doesn't really give you any performance gain. You might save a lbs or 2 and your bike will look different but is it really worth it.

i scratched up my plastics on the airbox , tail , cal, and broke my handle bar and mirror and i was thinkn to paint it some custom color with flakes or airbrush but i like the look of the CF and it will be all show no go it wont make any performance + but i know that i just want it to look sweet , ive got enough performance in it just want to get a remote start alarm and pager fob

I've been doing that same thing but have to wait a while before completing mine. CF is EXPENSIVE!! I still have the scoops, the rear fender, the chin fairing and a few other items to get before I'm done.
