Whats up guys, I'm having a small issue and would rather have taking my bike to Harley be my last resort. Its an 09 xb9sx, shes been sitting all winter. The issue is that it now idles sparaitcally (up to 1300 rpms and then below 1000rpm) and stalls out. I have to use the friction zone on the clutch to keep the rpms up at a stop light. The CEL is also on, I just checked the codes and got 15 and 34. Intake Air Temp Sensor and IAC. I dont really know what else to check for with this besides checking the connecton to the IAT, which ive done. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The IAC is idle air control, that's probably the cause of the erratic idle speed. Clean it and you'll probably be back up and running again.

Thanks Dean, I dont have a repair manual. Where is the IAC located?

Edit: I found the IAC, it was actually still unplugged from some work I had done at the service shop. Ill be riding to work tomorrow so we'll see how it goes. Thanks again!
