what things can I do to my buell blast to make it cool (er) without draining my bank account? easy installation stuff or just mods to original parts. underlay lights cheap, or head light fairing that doesn't look like a scooter! cool seat, decals my plastics are purple. also how hard is it to change the handelbars? and can you spray paint the rims?

not to thread jack, but egobuster...I might be interested in having some custom decals done for another project.

wow that was........... interesting maybe something a little less um........vulgar.[smirk] like flames or stuff like that my bike is a buell blast its purple could you think of somthing that would look good on it.

flames would be tough to do unless you wanted them simple colors, i re did the decals on my blast there was some pics of the decals before i installed them that look just like the factory ones just i layered them green on top of gray to match my theme and riding gear.

This thread got way off topic, fast.

My buddy has a blast, and we took off the chain guard and few other plastic pieces that made it looks meaner and stripped down. You could try that!

yeah your right does the chain guard do anything? like does it keep the belt on or keep stuff out of it or is it just there to be there. also witch plastics exacly did he take off?

It helps you keep your arm and leg intact if the belt breaks. It also keeps **** from getting between the belt and sprockets and breaking ****.

can you remove the electronics on the handelbars then loosen the handelbars and roll the down so they are upside down and put the electronics back on?

Yes, I rode like that for a while. But it greatly diminishes your steering lock; you can't go lock to lock, only about halfway. Turning around on a two-lane becomes a three-point turn.

but you can still take corners fine right? make a thread so that people will answer quick. but ill stop.
