When you are riding a bike around turns you don't actually turn your handle bars you lean into the turns, you only turn your handle bars all the way when you are backing your bike out of your garage and turning around, so that would have nothing to do with the bikes turning. The guy said the reason it was not the same was because the rebound from the shocks was not there pushing back and other things to do with the forks only, nothing to do with how far you could turn. Im not sure how much turning our forks have.
