Clutch adjustment

Just adjusted my clutch and cable. Can't seem to remember if i there is suposed to be rolling resistance when In gear clutch in?
Like quite a bit more that trying to push in neutral

^^^^ yes. especially when outside temps and fluid temps are cool.
