I'm sure some body here has broken off that flimsy piece of plastic that resides on the barrel end of the clutch cable that goes into the clutch lever. One what is the name of that little bugger and two can I get one without buying a whole new clutch cable? There has to be some sort of fix for this

you're referring to the black plastic part circled in blue? it's non-serviceable meaning no H-D/Buell part # assigned to that tiny piece. it's simply a bushing over the barrel to take up the slack between the barrel and the clutch lever hole that it resides in. what i've done in a pinch if it's entirely missing is to TIGHTLY wrap some aluminum foil around the barrel, coat with heavy grease, and install it onto the lever. you can also get creative and using the barrel of a cheap ball-point pen....cut it to length...grind it down....slot it....and stick it over the barrel. tedious and time consuming but also works.

Yup yup lunaticfringe, that was a great idea thank-you. I put it all together without the fix then totally forgot I didn't fix it. I went riding 3 or 4 times before I even thought about it. Seems to be working fine without...
