Clutch Cable Spring Keeps Breaking on my '08

I have an '08 Firebolt XB12R & the spring that holds the clutch cable keeps breaking. The dealership replaced it once & then the second time put a zip tie on it to hold it in place until the part came in. Is anyone else having a problem with this?

I have seen this problem come through the dealer a few times. Wouldn't be surprised to see a bulletin on it soon.

I just did some snooping and found out they came out with a updated design to fix the problem with the retaining spring breaking and the clutch cable resting against the header.

New Part number - N0012.1AAA
