Had some time on my hands latley at home.......so I decided it might be time to fix the leaking clutch cable. Simple remove it from the housing and replace the 'o' ring. :D

Any way once I released the cable and removed it I discovered that the primary housing had had the lip repair done.....and then noticed the basket has a bolted ring holding the clutch spring in............wtf!? I have not disassembled a Buell engine yet (that's coming) and I haven't seen anything like the ring and bolts in the photo. Any Ideas from the brains trust? its an XB12s ,The clutch pull is extremely heavy compared to others.....I have an XB9r which I opened up to compare, and its quite different. 2003 and 2004 bikes.
