CNC anodized aluminum front and rear axle sliders

I made these for myself - I've been running them on my other street bikes as well for years. Check out the photos below. I can make them in gold, silver, blue or red. They are attractive, strong and very functional. They also give you a good lift point for stands.

Those look sweet! Definitely prefer the amber ones though.

Yeah, I run the gold ones too - match my wheels - but of course the blue match the body - both look good on the bike.

The pics really don't do these justice, if I may say so myself. The finish on them is amazing - really dazling in the light.

IMO the blue needs to be a little darker.....

Anyway you could get the blue darker? Would be in for sure if you could match your body color.

First of all, they are acually darker in color than the picture shows - the way the light of the camera flash reflects makes them look lighter than they are. In a subdued light you see how dark they are - but then that would be not enough light to make a good picture - so kind of a Catch 22. Secondly, I am told that's already the darkest the anodizing process will get them. To go darker to match the body, you would go with paint. But I am telling you - you have to see these in person to apprecaite the appeal of the finish - a gorgeous metalic luster.

OK, to try to give you some idea of how the anodized blue compares to the Thrust Blue of the XB body, here is a pic of the blue axle slider sitting on top of the rear cowl, taken indoors, normal indoor lighting, no flash.
