CR s are failing (have to vent)

My bikes been in the shop for 11 weeks ,basically almost every thing has been tried or replaced. the bike gives no codes..Cold start it will start up then die,start up maybe Idle abit then die.After a few minutes the bike will run.I notice a little glitch every now and then ,when off the throttle on decel.So down to wiring now.... the tech at the shop made a jumper harness to put the ecm and grounds to the tps sensor and to a true ground to see if there is some type of glitch in the harness. did that tonight bike starts then stalls[sad][sad].. now heres the kicker .the shop just took in the same type of bike doing almost the same thing!! Wait there is more a 3rd bike came in with fuel injection problems today!!!For every one that wants to say its bad gas,plugs,vents ,clutch dragging,tps reset,battery.connections,grounds,throttle cable,to much oil,ecm,etc.. all done...almost every sensor,leak test,wire connection,compression test ,fuel pressure test,live data run,swopping out ecms has been done...Im waiting of course till monday to see what wisconsin says to do next!!!!!!AAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
 
Your frustration spews through your post. I hate that it's that frustrating for you, and I hope you figure it out quickly man! Stay with it, it'll get worked out!

Think i got it,mine at idle in driveway

holds at about 83c on long runs and about 14.6v yet to see what it holds in traffic on hot days
 
thats what my concern is still as well.

mine seems similiar, but again when i was stuck in traffic the other day, my bike showed 91 degree and dropped to 12.3v.
 
I can imagine your frustration. I have the excessive heat issues with mine right now. But I have now noticed that before I would be at about 80mph at 5000rpm. Now she is at 77-78 at about 5000. She also a little sluggish in sixth to pick up to 100mph where before it was no problem.

Mike Van V posted about having an ignition advance program. I am thinking that maybe the ecm maybe retarding the ignition due to the heat and to keep it from detonating. Its a long shot Im sure. I have a trackday this tuesday and afterwards Im gonna go through everything again. I dont think my plugs are fouled although it is coming close to the year.

Ill find out soon enough.
 
RT ^ back to the original post... Yes they put new injectors in the bike also a new throttle body!!!
 
way past the tech stage ,wisconsin is calling the shots on what test to do next and what part is to be replaced.There is nothing left to diag. Untill the shop gets the okay from HD headquarters on what is done next ..Warranty at HD blows.... The dealer is requesting that a Buell/eng/tech from wisconsin come and look at the bikes they have at the shop!!! The last thing I heard today was they may replace the entire wiring harness
 
Oh ya, just to let everyone know the bike has 3000 miles on it, also spent 2 months in the shop back in nov-dec for a vss sensor and waterpump. That was on back order.
 
Best of luck! Brother. Sorry about all this. Wish the production was longer so Buell could have worked the kinks out.
 
by now you would think it would fall under the lemon law. hopefully the dealer is giving you all kinds of free swag for the hassle, on top of the whole we will extend your warranty b.s.
 
Man this sucks kinda wonder if it's a cam or crank sensor.
It's ******** they can't fix this stuff I am about 16,000 miles and out of warranty in feb.
But mines running fine
