D&D front mount spacer - help

Installed a D&D on my XB9 and the bolt holding the front mount flange must have snapped. Picked up new front mount bushings, and need to get a new bolt and make some sort of spacer, as the mount on the exhaust does not meet very close to the front exhaust mount, about a 3/4 in gap. Anybody have the same issue? and what did you use for new hardware? Thanks.
