daughter bought a blast...

...and I'm helping her with some mods. I am new to the forum as well as the blast, heck new to buell in general. I really like the bike and it will be perfect for her.

Is there a x-ref list as to what other buell model parts with work on the blast? I have searched the forums and haven't found that type of list yet.

I have looked under the sticky for tips, mods and the like but have not found the "one" list yet.

Welcome! The blast is a pretty cool bike. I've had my firebolt for almost 2 years now and have been thinking about picking up a blast to modify...

I really like it so far. I've only ridden it around the neighborhood but it seems like it will be a great bike for her. She currently has a dirtbike so she is not new to riding just new to riding on the street.

She and I are excited about working on it when she gets back from college next month.

From one female rider to another, she's going to love it, especially since she's already used to riding a dirt bike. That's how I started, more years ago than I care to admit. The thing I really appreciated about the Blast when I got mine is that it's almost like riding a dirt bike.

IMO, going from dirt to pavement is a pretty easy transition. Going from pavement to dirt almost blows your mind, it's a totally different riding technique. She ought to take to it just fine, and the blast is easy to ride I hear.
