[mad] I ordered hid kit from them on the 2nd of this month. The estimate was 7-10 days still nothing, no notification it would take longer.
Wondering if everyone else has had this issue or if its just my luck w/ them.

They...............are..................awful!

If I remeber correctly, took me 3-4 weeks to get mine and when I went to install them, my hi ballast was bad. And getting in touch with anyone in that company by either email and/or phone is damn near impossible. So I had to ship it back to them on my own dime(that REALLY pissed me off)for them to ship another ballast to me that took another 2 weeks delivery.

I know many folks on here have had great experiences with them as they seem to be the most commonly referred HID comapny here on the forum, but I wouldn't deal with them again if I don't have to.

Oh boy... I hope I don't have issues. If I do I'm just going to send it all back w/ a warm steamy surprise for them cuz this is ridiculous.
And ya I didn't even look anywhere else cuz everyone had said oh there so good and no issues but come on damn near a month to ship really. What a bunch of nipple Dicks [mad]

Yeah the Kit comes from China. If you have a tracking number you can go on the china mail website and look it up. They are no where near as fast as the U.S. postal services.

There are many company's that will sell you HID retrofit kits, however DDM is THE cheapest. Yes they are slow, yes their customer service is not great - but they are cheap.

I have gotten a total of 3 HID kits from them, including a set of headlights for my BMW and only had one ballast go bad which was mostly my fault.

When you install i would recommend the relay. I dont have the relay on mine, but if i dont let my low beam warm up before i kick the bike over it wont stay on. I think it may be on its way out due to no relay. The high beam works fine still and the low beam does also as long as i let it warm up. Just food for thought.[cool]

Finally got the kit the other day... I got the dual 55w put them in I LOVE the light I have now wow what I difference but I can not switch from high to low at night because it takes way too long to warm up pry gona do the both lights on high mod so I don't go blind ill get some pics when I get a chance
