if i had that choice i would but closer dealer after the one i use is over an hour away. they have had to fix it all for free but bike ends up in shop for a week or more . What really sucks is it is my only form of transportation and they screw up stuff all the time it seems like.

for all major mods, i also go to a shop that is 180km away...

it's a nice ride and all worth it for me ;)

and our shops all have buell specialized mechanics, so it's not even because they screw up the bike...

still have factory warranty so if any body besides harley does work on it that makes warranty is invalid. Have not put any mods on my bike a lot of the stuff cost to much but when warranty is up I'll probably try to another shop or work on it my self. ps: I just get the feeling at the dealer that the harley's come first buell comes second. Thanks for you help LeFox.

you would think that there would be a set standard for all the shops, but no. i had the same problem with a shop that was close to me so after they stole parts off my bike and said that i was like that when it was brought in and charged me cause they didnt think i would go to someone else. but i did and they treat me great i get tires put on and they detail my bike for free. they dont bs me. i really hope you find a good shop cause that is at least 30% of the ride.
