Did I get a deal?

This morning I purchased a chin fairing, tail fairing, passenger seat and seat cowl on ebay for $77.40 shipped. I thought it was a steal considering the only thing I was really interested in was the chin fairing.

Good price not a steal but fair price the seat is worth about $35 and the seat cover another $20, the tail section is worth about $40. So of you sold everything it would be like getting the chin or free!

Sounds like a sweet deal to me . I've heard of alot of people missing their rear seat cowl and somebody would pay some $$ just for that.

How much for the rear cowl? My friends dad threw mine away on accident.

My last extra seat cowl I sold for $35, so it a good base, but it had to be painted so one that is color matched already would be worth a few more bones, IMO.[up]

I'm probably going to keep it all and get the other plastic pieces and do a paint job on one set and have a standard set to switch to if i want to change it up, like having two bikes
