I thought I saw something on here or another forum that said something about changing to a different wheel with less teeth for the belt. Something about the Blast going faster.

Anyone know what I'm talking about :) (since I'm clueless)[confused]

If you put a smaller Diameter rear pulley on, you effectively lower your gear ratio at the wheel, increasing the top end and fuel mileage, but you have to be careful, you will need an adjustable belt tensioner with a lot of adjustment to use the stock belt, don't know about aftermarket belt with same pitch but shorter lenght,

Well - switching out to XB wheels could be done, or tuber, using an M2 adjuster welded to the end of the Blast swing arm - contact ASB for the adjuster. I hear also there is a useful generic belt tension-er made now as well, that some of the XB crowd have been using to good effect as well for their pulley trade outs. So the belt issue is practically solved as well - though you would have to go with the twin wider front sprocket as well.
