since Ram does not make a mount that works on the XB9R I decided to make my own.
I created a youtube video which shows assembly and parts total cost was about 12 bucks and took 1 trip to ace and 1 trip to home depot. The video is pretty crappy thanks to my phone but it shows the parts and assembly pretty clearly. Hope this helps anyone who was looking for a solution for their XB9R
