Ok so I got tired of waighting for diesel moto to make new lifts and there is no way in hell I'm paying $200+ from that european company. So I got some metal drilled some holes and installed them. Well it lifted it more than I expected and I love the way it looks. My first ride I loved the more agerssive position but it was a short ride. I also like that I don't almost slide off the seat when I get on the gas. I want to get some different handlebars crossroads would be nice but $250[down],Deltaone did the clubmans and I was sold(nice job and post btw Delta):D[up]!!Anyway to the point, She seems kind of squirley when I get on it almost like the front tire feels like its floating. So my question is should I adjust the front shocks and how? Has anybody had this problem? Any advice ?

I'll post some pics as soon as I can figure out how! I tried before and it just doesn't work!! How do i resize pics?

open the picture in "Paint", draw a small black line somewhere in the picture and resave the picture, it should resize the picture to 1mb or so. This is how I do it since it takes about 4 seconds to do[smirk][up]

just open paint and go to "edit" then "resize", you can make it whatever size you want.

Anyway, if your moving your weight up you probably want to stiffen your front end slightly since more weight is going onto your handlebars. Most likely the squirrelyness you're feeling is your front end getting lighter because you lifted your center of gravity on the bike.

It aint pretty but it works

Paniller No editing just a homer moment. I'm trying to make a custom exhaust out of a "dual exhaust tip" that I found on ebay for $15.00! So that custom "hack pipes days are numbered!!:D

Damn...that was my next idea on mufflers. Let me know how it sounds and get a good ride-by clip!

pockets I figure $15.00 and free s/h you can't go wrong[up].I'm just need to find the time to drop it off at Custom Tubes so he can make the conection piece. The exhaust has a 2.5" inlet,so I need a transition cone welded to a 2" 90 degree mandrel. Stainless steel of course.

do you have close up pics of your seat lift? or a model of the piece you made?

Thats a wicked high lift, looks really homemade, i like it.

You should def get your primary cover painted or swap it for a black one, im digging your bike.

Yo Donkeyboy I found the gas mask on ebay instaled it then lowered the windscreen. She looks pissed off hahaha. It's a British gas mask RC1 i think. :D:D

Hey batman, what're you gonna do with your current exhaust if you make a new one? I'm gonna be looking for a beat up one to send to Hawk, I sent you a PM.

Hey Upthemaiden The red one on my bike is up for grabs but it has been gutted. I also have one(the origional)that is unmolested:D!

is it 100% empty? I'll send an email to Randy and see how much needs to be left to an exhaust so he can work his magic on it. Just got your message, I'll let you know what I find out.
