Do these parts belong?

Hello. Anyone know if these go to a 2007 Buell xb12ss? I did gasket change so i had to rotate the engine and had to take a long pause from start to finish and not sure what these are and if they even go to the bike, lol. I dropped a tin of spare parts from other stuff so they could be for something else. I do not have the bike back together as now i am a little worried i may be missing where these go, please help. Thanks

Washers are battery terminal spacers that DEKA Corp includes with most all their Harley Davidson and Buell replacement batteries. No idea on black thing. Can't reconcile it with any Buell I'm aware of.

That black strip looks like a blanking cover for something that was pried off? Vent cap from an AGM batt?
