Do your part in the future of Buells

We all know how hard it is to find part these days. Buellsterparts is running low, Ebay has very little and getting new parts from harley can take months.

Well I want to say a few things that would help us all out.

Don't hoard buell parts!
If you have a ton of spare stuff and someone is looking for something that you have, sell it to them (at a reasonable price too)

And

Don't paint good plastics
Someone is looking for what you have. If you want to paint something, paint some rashed plastics.


There is a chance that we'll never see these parts reproduced, and if so we need to preserve what we have. If not for you, do it for the next owner.

Ya i hate the fact we have no way to get parts. It sucks and when we can get parts we have to fight and pay out the ass. I cant find anyone to trade me tails so i was looking up how much it would cost to buy the parts. Cant find ANY place that sells lighting seat rails. Not even within 50pages of ebay.
Why do we get kicked to the side like dogs. I hope Erik is able to maybe get us parts.

Then again you have to think that HArley is making money off these parts still. They became as big as they are from selling accessories/parts/memorabelia and so on..... (not bikes). So if we keep buying parts they will keep them around if money is to be made. If there is a market someone WILL step up to claim the cash.
Harley better give up rights to the parts if they ultimately stop distributing in 5-6 years.

i have nine sets of airbox panels, including their respective R and S front fairings and chin fairings.

i like to change hte look of Oompah often and as the missus has a lightning, she too can try a different colour sometimes.
