Ebay Bar Ends

Ok, Just got a set of the cheap ebay bar ends. Tried tightening the living crap out of them, but they never get "secure" even though it's tight. Any suggestions? Please, I love the look, but they're too 'wobbly' right now.

Put a larger sleeve around the bar end before installing.

for my dirtbike handgaurds I took a piece of hose the size of the inside of the handlebars and a washer and a nut. Put the bolt through the bar end mirror piece of hose,washer,nut and snug it up,install and tighten.

I have used a thin piece of rubber (not a condom) or sand paper wrapped around the end of bar end. Insert and tighten.

I learned this trick riding BMX. Did it to the necks. Bars never moved. I also did it to my bar end mirrors on my Buell.

Maybe take some electrical tape and wrap around the fastener untill it fits tightly in the bars then tighten. I bought a cheap set off eBay and the equipment try came with sucked but I used my anti vibration bar end things interiors ,my bike came with, to fix the mirrors. Not sure if the tape will work but just a suggestion.

Well... got it resolved. I went with a few wraps of electrical tape around the included hardware. Now they're tight inside the handlebars. The only thing to work on now is getting the screw tight that keeps the mirror from rotating around the bar end. I may use some loc-tite on it too.
