How do you order parts for your EBR?

I've read that parts ordering is still 30 days out for dealers - from a recent thread on here. My local dealer is still working with EBR to try and get parts ordered as well. EBR is saying the parts catalog is operational, however when the parts guy tries to find it, it doesn't exist...

I think EBR still has quite a few kinks to work out.

Yeah the 30 days was me talking about what the Savannah branch said, I figured some of the dealers that had bike right away would be able to order, but no dice!

It took my local dealer many many phone calls just to get a replacement mirror for a floor model...trying to get warranty claims... [confused]

I really don't think all their parts ordering/production is set up yet.
