My 2006 Ulysses is sluggish as alot seems to be. I have a hawk exhaust n the bike jumps n shutters at low rpms.. How can I fix this problem?

Jumps n stutters.. not sure what that means exactly but check your primary chain tension, if it gets too slack, at low rpms will cause what i call herky jerky.

TPS throttle position sensor ok sorry Im a green horn. What is needed to reset? I have nothing on site. Service manual suggests digital technician. What do u recommend for starters?

Thanks

mpls- for 2007 and earlier bikes you need a cable and computer program such as ECMSpy. For 2008 and newer it's a series of key flicks and throttle twists in the right sequence.

are you in Minneapolis? What year is your bike?

No...I'm in Virginia. My bike is an 06. It runs well above 2000 rpm. Hard to cruise slow in town.

No Buell enjoys running below 2000 RPM. That's almost lugging the engine. Keep it around 3500-4500 for cruising.

Your bike should idle at 1200 rpm and operate between 2500 rpm and red line. The only time you should be between 1200 and 2500 is coming up to speed from a stop.

Go ride it like you stole it.
